Write a Page-Turner Workshop

by Amanda on July 24, 2010

Saturday 31st July & Sunday 1st August 2010 (10am-4pm)

There are a few places left in my ‘Write a Page-Turner’ workshop running in the last weekend of July at the NSW Writers Centre. This workshop will give you both the tools and the motivation to get started on that novel you’ve been promising yourself you’ll write – for how long now?!

Here’s the feedback from participants of my last two-day workshop at the NSW Writers Centre:

“This is the best course I have been to at the Centre.”

“Amanda’s wonderful, efficient, inspiring and knowledgeable. Great.”

“I have attended several other courses at the Centre previously, and Amanda’s course has been the best. I now feel that I have the tools to start and finish my novel.”

“Really useful, practical course which is what writers need!”

“Amanda is well prepared, a very able presenter – gives full statements with all relevant details. Her presentations are suitable for all stages (and problems). Covers everything relevant.”

“Totally brilliant! I just can’t wait to get writing. I’ve got the structure to avoid endless mistakes. Knowing a reasonable time frame is 2 years – takes enormous pressure off.”

“Amanda is very interesting – her use of anecdotes is very demonstrative. A bit of everything. I’d love to work through a whole book with her.”

“Amanda was a fabulous teacher. The content was just what I needed to get me focussed on my novel idea.”

“Surpassed expectations and gave inspiration. I feel I’m going away with heaps of useful information I can apply to my own writing.”

This is most likely the last time I will run this workshop in 2010 – so, don’t miss out!
